Heir/Stats/Handicap Update

Ok quick little description of some of my plans:

I came up with a handicap for myself called "Family Ties".
Instead of killing off my spares, I'm going to townie-fy them!
The idea is that the past family, spirits if you want to say, will befriend the future generations.
So, the heir must become friends with their past relatives by college or adulthood, and best friends with them by elderhood. I think this might also help me cut down on births.
Yeah, right.
