A Beginning Note: I built them an entirely new house once they got about 20k family funds, but I'm not going to bother showing each individual part as I originally intended. You'll see it anyways =)
Last Week: Abigail adjusted to the harsh lawn-living that is being a Legacy Founder quickly. She fell in love, got a job, got married and pregnant, ate cheesecake, and had the resulting twins, a boy and a girl named Ingo and Dolores.
The last sight before building the new house; the nanny Andrew so thoughtfully hired to aid Abigail.
Sometimes it's fun to see your custom hairs on NPC's, sometimes it's just wrong.
Grey Eyebrows + Black hair = Crime against nature.
Andrew works very hard at his new job as a bank robber, so he was overjoyed to see that his promotion bonuses paid off on the new house, although he was far too tired to be happy for long. He passed out right in front of the Energizer. The fool.
Abigail seemed in no hurry to help her twins with their birthday into toddler hood. She was trying to get Dolores out of her crib, but decided to take a short nap to build up her strength.
This is Dolores, I swear! I was all paranoid that I had switched the names around, but when we took Dolores to the mirror for a makeover, I realized the game was just stupid. As always.
I mean, who puts a little girl in a suit and with no hair?
Ahh, much better. No offense to women with shaved heads, but I think it looks strange on a 3-year-old.
She inherited Andrew's light blue eyes, and both the parents' blond hair. I think she already has Abigail's face however.
Aww, Ingo grew up in nice hair. Same as Dolores, blond with light blue eyes. I think he's already showing Andrew-ish facial features though. This will be difficult for me to not use the pretty heir.
I thought this would be a good time to show off the lovely custom pieces that make up Abigail's "eccentric" outdoor outfit, before spring comes and the snow melts.
Ingo seems like he is enjoying the snow while he still can.
Abigail has a sudden urge to buy a toy bench, but I let Andrew use it. He had higher mechanical skill so badging wouldn't take forever.
I find this shot a bit sad, little Dolores petting the brick.
I always forget to give the kids toys, but that brick made me remember. I probably should have given them a Logic thing instead of the xylophone, they're both very serious and outgoing.
Andrew finally got around to finishing that old painting, and he maxed creativity in the process.
I wanted to sell off that easel anyways...
Andrew: Wow, you seem really proud of my achievement.
I'm just saying, it was taking up space.
I missed the shot of Andrew getting his Bronze Toy Badge, but I suppose this shot of Dolores being overcome with joy the first time she played with her new Jack-In-The-Box. Aww
Unfortunately this happy event was marred slightly by the fact that t was time to retire the old Pet Brick.

The kids were about to grow up, and they hadn't learned any skills yet, except for Ingo getting potty trained, so the family bunkered down at about 5:00 AM with a full case of Smart Milk and got all their toddler skills completed. Abigail took care of Dolores, while Andrew taught Ingo.
Yeah, I know I went overboard with the pictures.
About 12 hours after the training session, the twins were ready to grow up.
They grew up in their jammies, which was fortunate because their everyday outfits were hideous.
Dolores seems excited about the prospect of hands, after spending so much time in that bear suit.
Ingo has got a blank yet happy stare that I think he inherited from Abigail. About the only thing, as he got his dad's facial features and genetics.
After a quick stop at the custom *cough hacked cough* coat rack/dresser, the kids got some nice new outfits.
I still find it funny that Sims are always surprised, every single time, when they get pregnant after trying for a baby several times and having morning sickness for days.
Now that Abigail was on maternity leave, it seems a good time for her to start a garden.

Now that Abigail was on maternity leave, it seems a good time for her to start a garden.
I sent Abigail to bed to wait for more compost, but I woke her up immediately to come befriend this beautiful stray, a Greyhound named Alegra.
Due to a tip from a certain Sims Podcast -cough Rachel's cough- I bought Abigail some "cool" shades to help her befriend Alegra.

It took a while, but Abigail finally got a high enough relationship to adopt her.
It may seem a little cruel, but this smallish kennel is only temporary; I'll expand when I find Alegra a mate. Anyway, keeping them a bit enclosed makes breeding easier by making the dogs interact more.
Thankfully, Abigail managed to get a Bronze Gardening Badge before her second trimester, or before her needs started to really plummet. Dolores seems to be coveting the neighbors' statue.
I sense a young Fortune Sim.
I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding a partner for Alegra in the adoption or stray pool, so I made my own dog for her with great genetics. A lovely blue-gray Dalmatian-Greyhound mix named Manfred.
Perfect!
Oddly enough, Dolores was the one with the highest Charisma in the house, so she was the designated Dog Trainer.
Ingo, however, just liked socializing with the dogs, wanting to befriend them and eventually be their best friend. Popularity sim anyone?
I think Andrew was being a bit immature when he saw the dogs Trying For A Puppy.
Just as Abigail was walking to the Energizer from her garden, she started screeching and moaning. That can only mean one thing!
Baby! I named him Percy, which I think is a fairly bad name, it sounds really snobby and arrogant.
Hurrah!
Anyways, I'm really hoping that he's ugly, I'd like to keep the gray eyes going.
A little while later, Alegra was ready to give birth. she ended up having four puppies, which I know must be a glitch. There can only be a total of 10 Sims and pets in a house at a time, and there were more than that.
Abigail
Andrew
Dolores
Ingo
Percy
Manfred
Allegra
and The Puppies (Lisa, Linda, Lucy, and Loki)
That's a total of 11. Ahh well it's a fun glitch, not a mean glitch.
Ok, so I guess no recap for this week either, the house was shown and I just listed all the inhabitants for the glitch soooooo...
Bye!!!
P.S. I leave you with this shot:
Well, she does have 8 Playful Points

"R.I.P. Bricky." hahaha That cracked me up.
I have two greyhounds in real life, so I am always very happy to see them in the game. I can't wait to see how the puppies grow up.
